Required Skills: •Cornbread Hemp is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and creative Email Marketing Manager to own the execution and optimization of our email marketing program. •This role will manage email campaigns and automated flows across the entire customer lifecycle—from welcome and first purchase through repeat purchase, subscription, and winback. You'll work closely with the CMO, Creative Director, Ecommerce, and Growth teams to drive revenue, engagement, and customer lifetime value. •Own the day-to-day email marketing calendar and execution of promotional, product, educational, and seasonal campaigns. •Develop campaign briefs and partner with Creative on messaging, copy, and design. •Manage campaign segmentation, scheduling, QA, and deployment. •Coordinate email communications around promotions, product launches, and key ecommerce initiatives. •Own, build, and continuously optimize all automated email flows in Klaviyo. •Manage key journeys including welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, cross-sell, replenishment, winback, and reactivation. Qualifications: •A self-starter who takes ownership and operates with a high degree of autonomy. •An experienced email marketer who understands both the creative and analytical sides of lifecycle marketing. •Highly analytical and comfortable using data to make decisions. •Extremely detail-oriented and organized, with strong project management skills. •A strong communicator who can translate brand strategy into compelling customer communications. •Naturally curious and constantly looking for opportunities to test and improve performance. •Collaborative and cross-functional, able to work effectively with Marketing, Creative, Software Development, Operations, Product, and Leadership •Strong experience with Klaviyo and Shopify required. •In-depth knowledge of segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and email deliverability. •Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into action.
