Qualifications: •Applied hands-on capability in Banner 9 Administrative Pages and Extensibility tools. •Knowledge of higher education data privacy and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., FERPA, GLBA, HIPAA). •Operational familiarity with degree audit systems (e.g., Degree Works) or CRM tools (e.g., Slate, Salesforce).
