Our pre-employment hiring process includes drug testing. •Work Experience: Minimum three years Required Skills: •Maintain fire protection system, including control panels, smoke detectors, sprinklers, won doors, audio/visual, and door holders. Follow National Electrical Code and National Fire Protection Association codes. •Provide emergency, on call response to situations involving floods, odors, lighting, HVAC, fire protection and security. Assess the emergency and respond accordingly. Call appropriate personnel if necessary. •Maintain building automation systems, including programming and testing for the needs of County employees and public safety. •Remove snow in a timely manner often after hours, weekends and holidays. Maintain snow removal equipment. Ensure public safety. •Shifts are 4 - 10 hours days per week. •Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: •May be required to obtain a Class “B” Commercial Driver’s License during employment. •May be required to possess a fork lift certification.
