Required Skills: •Electrical Technician – SensXR Development and Integration •Primary Work Location: On-site role with limited hybrid flexibility (minimum 3 days per week in office required). •Must be a U.S Citizen: Yes •Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain active Secret clearance (PCL) and the ability to obtain a clearance up to Top Secret (PCL) if later needed. •Identify, research, and evaluate electronic components using vendor catalogs (e.g., Digi-Key, Mouser). •Read datasheets to confirm specifications, pinouts, and integration requirements. •Maintain part libraries and BOMs, proposing alternatives when supply constraints occur. •Schematic & PCB Development Qualifications: •Associate degree in Electronics Technology, Mechatronics, or equivalent military/technical training. •Skilled in soldering, wiring, and crimping to industry standards. •Operational familiarity with Arduino IDE or similar environments for prototyping. •Demonstrated capacity to read/interpret electrical schematics and component datasheets. •Proficiency with test instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, logic analyzer). •Demonstrated capacity to work independently, problem-solve, and deliver results with limited supervision. •Background with sensor integration. •Exposure to ruggedized/military electronics or wearable/AR-integrated systems. •IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC-A-610, or equivalent soldering/assembly certification. •Creative, R&D-oriented problem solver with curiosity to explore new approaches.
