Required Skills: •We are seeking an experienced •To oversee electrical construction projects from start to finish. This role will lead field personnel, coordinate daily jobsite operations, manage schedules, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to company quality standards •The Superintendent will work closely with Area Superintendents, Project Managers, Foremen, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution. •Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews and subcontractors •Monitor project progress and ensure work remains on schedule and within budget •Blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings •Manpower, materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics •Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations Qualifications: •3–5+ years of new construction experience – required. •Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems •Demonstrated capacity to read and understand construction drawings and specifications. •Leadership, communication, and organizational skills •Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and safe work practices •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple crews, tasks, and priorities simultaneously. •Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred. •Demonstrated capacity to work in both indoor and outdoor environments •Demonstrated capacity to work on active construction sites in varying weather conditions.
