Hiring: Electrical Site Observation Specialist - Anonymous Client Company: Henderson Engineers Location: Bentonville, AR Job Posted Time: 2026-09-13 11:10:50 Target Skills & Keywords : Systems Design About the job Experience: •3+ years’ experience in the design, installation and construction administration of systems Required Skills: •Performs job site observations to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, designs, codes, standards, and regulations. •Documents site and field conditions and participates in discussions to determine appropriate resolution to nonconformance. •Provides site observation technical information and assistance to engineers or team leaders. •Makes recommendations as to the feasibility of certain systems or equipment and their application. •Attends preliminary job meetings and helps evaluate scope of work to be performed. •Assists in the preparation of system layout, detailed drawings, schematics, and specifications based upon site observation. •Reads and interprets blueprints and construction specifications. •Prepares clear and accurate responses and reports to contractors who are submitting documents for review.
