(ESI) Location: Meridian, ID Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 11:31:37 Employment Type: Contract Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Project Management About the job Required Skills: •Represent ESI as an ambassador to clientele, design teams, city officials, and subcontractors. •Manage all aspects of a construction project, including bidding, construction/operation, project close-out, and warranty. •Establish, monitor, and thoroughly understand project finances. •Generate, track, and maintain complex construction schedules. •Search out, contract with, negotiate with, and effectively manage a diverse group of subcontractors. •Resolve prime contract and subcontract disputes. •Manage project documentation, including RFI’s, submittals, plan changes (ASI’s, CCD’s, etc.). •Regularly visit jobsites to meet with clients and verify adherence to project documents and quality standards.
