Required Skills: •Thoroughly review Single Line Diagrams (SLD), power distribution layout plans, control schematics, and cable routing drawings. Accurately calculate and extract Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for electrical main materials. •Develop backward schedules based on long-lead electrical items (transformers, MCCs, VFDs). Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure seamless material and equipment delivery on site. •Assess labor requirements for electrical crews. Rigorously verify electricians' licenses, certifications, and safety training prior to mobilization. •Oversee calibration, testing certifications, and operational conditions of site electrical testing instruments (Megger, hipot testers, cable analyzers). •Prepare method statements for electrical installation, substation setup, grounding, and lightning protection systems. Conduct practical, clear technical and safety briefings for field crews and enforce first-piece inspection (mock-ups). •Maintain transparent and objective communication regarding site progress and technical issues with clients, inspectors, and cross-disciplinary engineers. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields. •Strong knowledge of NEC codes, local electrical standards, and blueprint reading. •Fluent in English and Chinese (bilingual capability required for technical documentation and site communication).
