Qualifications: •At least 2+ years of estimating commercial electrical projects in similar types of construction as our core work – commercial new construction and remodels •Excellent communication skills with customers, vendors, subcontractors, general contractors, and owners •High attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness •Full working knowledge and experience with Accubid software is required. •Training is available for the Anywhere product as needed. •Thorough knowledge of the commercial electrical field and familiarity with materials and construction methods. •Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (i.e., Excel, Word) and comfort with spreadsheets and computerized on-screen takeoff programs. •Knowledge of national, state, and local codes •Produce accurate, timely, and competitive estimates from bid packages. •Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
