This is a hands-on role for someone who is experienced in building real hardware alongside diverse engineering teams. •You'll fit well here if you keep an organized work area, are deeply committed to cooperation and communication, take safety and quality seriously as a matter of habit rather than compliance, and are comfortable digging into a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined team. •Treetown Tech offers competitive compensation and benefits including healthcare, IRA matching, and generous PTO and sick time. •Perform PCB assembly including surface-mount and through-hole soldering, using solder pencils, hot-air reflow, and reflow ovens. •Handle general and rework soldering across a mix of straightforward assembly runs and more detailed, time-critical rework or design changes. •Wiring & Harness Building •Build wiring harnesses and wire for AC and DC circuits, including industrial automation wiring, wire end termination/crimping, and connector assembly. •Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and eCAD to build to print, working collaboratively with the designer or engineer on the project.
