Required Skills: •Design and develop medium-voltage (1 kV–38 kV) power systems, including switchgear, transformers, generators, inverters, and paralleling equipment. •Perform load flow, short-circuit, arc flash, protection coordination, and insulation coordination studies. •Design power circuits and select/size transformers, breakers, contactors, busbars, cables, and grounding systems. •Develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and component specifications. •Support new product development from concept through production release and market launch. •Develop and execute electrical validation and testing plans, including dielectric/hipot, environmental, fault-injection, and system-level testing. •Ensure compliance with UL, IEC, NEC, IEEE, CSA, ANSI, and other applicable standards. •Support EMC/EMI design, mitigation, and compliance testing. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. •Strong experience with medium-voltage power systems and equipment. •Knowledge of power electronics, including rectifiers, inverters, and DC/DC converters. •Knowledge of SAP/ERP and Microsoft Office. •Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and technical problem-solving skills.
