Pertinent Co-ops or internships are a plus. Required Skills: •Support electrical design and engineering activities for industrial products and equipment. •Assist with sustaining engineering efforts and drive continuous improvements to existing products. •Provide engineering support to manufacturing and production teams to ensure smooth operations. •Support electrical testing, analysis, and troubleshooting activities to resolve technical issues. •Assist with preparing and maintaining technical documentation, engineering calculations, and design changes. •Collaborate closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales teams to address and resolve technical challenges. •Utilize custom engineering tools and Excel-based calculation programs to perform design and analysis work. •Support customer inquiries related to product performance, technical requirements, and application questions. Qualifications: •Internship, co-op, or project experience within manufacturing, industrial systems, controls, power systems, or electrical equipment. •Exposure to motors, generators, rotating equipment, or industrial electrical systems. •Operational familiarity with electrical testing and troubleshooting methods and tools. •Exposure to IEEE and NEMA standards. •Interest in industrial power generation and rotating equipment. •Motivation to develop a long-term career in a highly technical industry. •This is a Permanent position based out of Lexington, TN.
