Required Skills: •Design and own power electronics hardware for battery-powered products, including architecture, schematic capture, component selection, and design tradeoffs. •Design and debug MOSFET switching power stages and supporting circuits (gate drive, protection, current/voltage sensing, power sequencing) for low-voltage, high-current applications. •Support motor control hardware implementations (inverter/bridge power stages and associated sensing/protection) and collaborate closely with firmware engineers on HW/FW interfaces. •Prototype, test, and troubleshoot embedded electronics; execute root cause analysis and corrective actions using oscilloscopes, electronic loads, spectrum analyzers, DAQ systems, and ESD/EMC tools. •Lead design activities including component selection, schematic capture, PCB layout oversight, prototype builds, and development and execution of test plans. •Effectively communicate and align technical direction across hardware, firmware, product development, and test teams to drive schedule accountability and meet project metrics. •Independently track projects through the stage-gate product development process to ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced environment. •3+ years of experience in embedded electronics design with demonstrated hardware ownership; experience with 32-bit microcontroller-based circuits.
