Candidates with a strong background in general commercial electrical construction will also be considered. •This is a leadership position focused on project performance, field operations, team leadership, client relationships, and overall execution. •Oversee day-to-day electrical construction operations across multiple projects. •Lead and support Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams. •Monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower, materials, and overall project performance. Qualifications: •Previous experience in an operations, senior project management, or construction leadership role. •Multifamily electrical construction experience strongly preferred. •General commercial electrical construction experience will also be considered. •In-depth knowledge of electrical construction processes, scheduling, estimating, and project financials. •Demonstrated capacity to lead and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and field personnel. •Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams. •Strong knowledge of construction safety and quality standards.
