Required Skills: •A key focus of this role will be providing leadership with clear visibility into workload, priorities, available capacity, dependencies, commitments, and risks across both operational and project activities. Qualifications: •Demonstrated experience implementing project portfolio management practices, including demand intake, project prioritization, portfolio balancing, capacity planning, dependency management, benefits realization, and executive portfolio review processes. •Knowledge of ITIL 4 and practical experience implementing or improving IT Service Management (ITSM) processes in an operational technology, information technology, utility, government, or other critical-service environment.
