Hiring: Electric Program Manager Company: BayOne Solutions Location: Oakland, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-11 10:31:30 About the job Experience: •6+ years of related experience or equivalent with steady progression of responsibilities Required Skills: •Provide strategic guidance, coaching, and hands-on support to Electric sub-functions to strengthen and mature the compliance program and improve performance •Develop innovative tools and solutions to support/improve compliance program maturity •Assess Electric sub-function compliance programs •Perform compliance validation activities and testing controls for design and operating effectiveness •Supports the development and implementation of Electric’s Compliance Controls Program by providing expert advisory support to cross-functional partners (operations, engineering, SMEs, compliance support teams) to strengthen controls, evidence capture, process consistency, and develop compliance metrics •Leads or supports maintaining a complete and accurate inventory of regulatory requirements, including identifying requirement owners, and mapping requirement to guidance documents, controls, and trainings •Performs and oversees analysis of compliance metrics, evidence, and documentation to identify gaps, trends, and areas for improvement •Develops and/or supports maintenance of guidance documents, procedures, templates, and job aids that support compliance maturity Qualifications: •Bachelor degree or equivalent experience •Master’s degree in engineering, economics, business administration or job-related field •Proven ability to design and lead implementation of compliance governance models that drive operational alignment and accountability •In-depth knowledge of utility operations and asset management, with the ability to translate regulatory expectations into field-executable strategy •Demonstrated success leading cross-functional, high-impact initiatives through risk-based planning, change leadership, and strategic execution •Executive communication skills and presence, with experience delivering high-impact presentations and updates to senior leadership and external stakeholders •Demonstrated capacity to align compliance strategy with enterprise goals, influencing direction across functions through collaboration, insight, and strategic clarity •Strong problem-solving, project/change management, and communication skills •Deep knowledge of utility regulatory frameworks (e.g., CPUC, FERC, NERC, WECC) and how they inform enterprise compliance strategy Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
