Required Skills: •The EHS Specialist II is an experienced safety professional with 5–10+ years of field and program management experience in heavy civil, environmental, industrial, or similarly complex work environments. This role supports high-profile and high-demand projects where exceptional safety performance is critical. •Champion Forgen’s Core Values and drive an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture across assigned projects. •Provide advanced EHS leadership and support to high-risk or high-visibility projects. •Lead site safety inspections, field audits, and complex hazard assessments; ensure corrective actions are implemented. •Develop, review, and refine project HASPs and Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs). •Lead or assist complex incident and near-miss investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action development. •Serve as a key liaison between Forgen, subcontractors, clients, regulators, and third-party auditors. •Mentor and support EHS Specialists I, EHS Technicians, and site personnel.
