This position is based at our Orchard Park, NY facility. •This position leads the management of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) processes at Eaton Corporation’s Orchard Park, NY manufacturing facility. The EHS manager supports the creation of a strong culture that engages employees in the achievement of the company’s goal of zero EHS incidents. •Lead the development, maintenance, and achievement of plant EHS goals & objectives in support of corporate and business group EHS strategic initiatives. •Determine and monitor leading and lagging indicators to track performance against targets and objective. •Lead risk assessment at the location to identify critical EHS hazards and aspects and collaborate with leadership team to create and implement mitigation action plans. •Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, policies, and procedures in conformance with regulatory and/or company requirements (e.g. MESH). •Work to assign MESH element champions and facilitate their engagement in ownership of the MESH elements. •Interface directly with leadership team and MESH element champions to complete an annual evaluation of compliance for EHS country, state, and local regulations. Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution •Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
