Required Skills: •Develop, implement, and continuously improve Environmental, Health & Safety programs across plant operations. •Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable environmental and safety regulations. •Conduct risk assessments, identify hazards, and implement corrective and preventive actions. •Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analyses, and drive sustainable corrective actions. •Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees at all levels. •Partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, security, and leadership to integrate safety into daily operations. •Monitor and report key EHS performance metrics and present results to leadership. •Lead environmental compliance initiatives, audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related field. •Demonstrated success in building and implementing EHS and safety progams from the ground up or at a new/expanding manufacturing facility. •Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and environmental compliance requirements. •Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. •Proven ability to influence all levels of an organization and build a positive safety culture. •Proficiency with EHS systems, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
