Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, engineering or other relevant sciences with 4+ years of professional experience in EHS management in the same field. •At Least 3 Years Of Experience In •Proficiency in workplace hazard evaluation techniques. •Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and standards related to EHS. •Conducting incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning. •Master's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, engineering or other relevant sciences with 4 plus years of experience with conducting field assessments, technical analysis and communicating requirements within industrial hygiene and safety disciplines. •Practical experience utilizing conducting exposure assessments, chemical evaluations, job hazard analysis, process hazard analysis, and other technical analysis. •Experience working in semiconductor manufacturing, other advanced manufacturing and/or technology development. •Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor teams, fostering a culture of safety and compliance. •Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and address EHS challenges effectively.
