Hiring: EHS Engineer Company: Intel Location: Phoenix, AZ Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 02:23:52 Employment Type: Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Assembly, Compliance, Foundry, Make, Phoenix, SAFe About the job Experience: •4+ years of professional experience in EHS management in the same field. •3 Years Of Experience In •At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Required Skills: •Develop, implement, and manage industrial hygiene and safety programs to ensure compliance with local, regional, and Intel standards. •Conduct workplace hazard evaluations to recognize, evaluate, and control potential risks. •Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and create corrective action plans to prevent future occurrences. •Monitor workplace environments and assess environmental factors or stresses that could impact employee health or community wellbeing. •Maintain accurate records of employee exposure to hazardous waste and pollutants as required. •Prepare and deliver training programs focused on workplace safety and hazard prevention. •Stay updated on changes to EHS regulations and industry practices to ensure ongoing compliance and best practices. •Provide industrial hygiene and safety support for process equipment procurement by reviewing/validating supplier equipment meets SEMI S2 and S8, semiconductor industry standards. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, engineering or other relevant sciences with 4+ years of professional experience in EHS management in the same field. •At Least 3 Years Of Experience In •Proficiency in workplace hazard evaluation techniques. •Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and standards related to EHS. •Conducting incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning. •Master's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, engineering or other relevant sciences with 4 plus years of experience with conducting field assessments, technical analysis and communicating requirements within industrial hygiene and safety disciplines. •Practical experience utilizing conducting exposure assessments, chemical evaluations, job hazard analysis, process hazard analysis, and other technical analysis. •Experience working in semiconductor manufacturing, other advanced manufacturing and/or technology development. •Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor teams, fostering a culture of safety and compliance. •Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and address EHS challenges effectively.
