Required Skills: •Job Description: Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator •Reports to: EHS Manager •Assist in the administration and continuous improvement of EHS programs, policies, and procedures. •Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and workplace hazard assessments to identify risks and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards. •Investigate workplace incidents, injuries, near misses, and unsafe conditions, determine root causes, and track corrective actions through completion. •Maintain accurate EHS documentation, including training records, OSHA logs, incident reports, and regulatory compliance records. •Support environmental compliance activities and assist with required reporting and recordkeeping. •Facilitate and coordinate employee safety training programs, orientations, and ongoing awareness initiatives. Qualifications: •Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred. •Solid functional working knowledge of OSHA standards, regulations, and safety compliance requirements. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. •Strong verbal and written communication skills. •Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. •Demonstrated capacity to facilitate training and effectively present information to employees at all levels. •Demonstrated capacity to maintain detailed and accurate records and reports. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. •Demonstrated capacity to respond appropriately to workplace medical emergencies and incidents. •Demonstrated capacity to walk production areas regularly, conduct inspections, and work in a manufacturing environment.
