We are dedicated to creating a workplace where employees can perform at their best while maintaining the highest standards of environmental, health, and safety compliance. •Serve as the primary on-site EHS resource during assigned overnight hours. •Conduct routine safety inspections, observations, audits, and risk assessments to identify unsafe conditions, behaviors, and emerging risks. •Partner with supervisors and frontline employees to address safety concerns and reinforce safe work practices. •Support compliance with OSHA regulations, company EHS policies, and established safety procedures. •Conduct PIT/forklift and pedestrian safety observations and respond to PIT impact alerts, near misses, and related incidents. •Support Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and task observations to identify hazards and recommend effective controls. •Monitor safety at loading docks, yards, trailer staging areas, and other locations where warehouse and transportation activities intersect. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Industrial Safety, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered. •Solid functional working knowledge of OSHA regulations and general workplace safety practices. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and make sound safety decisions with limited on-site EHS supervision. •Strong communication, documentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated capacity to build effective working relationships with frontline employees, supervisors, operational leaders, and emergency responders. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety/compliance management systems. •Ability and willingness to work a dedicated overnight schedule. •Knowledge of PIT/forklift safety and material handling equipment operations. •OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Certification. •Bilingual English/Spanish preferred based on workforce needs.
