Hiring: Education Program Coordinator II - Phase 2 Company: Medical College of Wisconsin Location: Greater Madison Area Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 11:45:17 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Project Management About the job Experience: •Program Teaching or Educational Management, Instructional Design, supervision of others •Program Coordination or Management, Education, Higher Education, Medical Education Required Skills: •Coordinate and collaborate on the development of Ambulatory Integrated Block educational materials, course schedules, forms, and reports. •Build a scheduling template for the Ambulatory Integrated Block that places students with faculty preceptors to meet Ambulatory block requirements. •Maintain course timeline including tracking deadlines for course components and assignment schedules, course and exam materials and grades. •Interface directly with clerkship coordinators to populate schedule template for the 75 students in the Ambulatory block, three times per year. •Create a system allowing students to rank “selective” choices for IM, Peds, and Surgical specialties in the Ambulatory block. •Create and maintain assessment data for the Ambulatory Block grading committee. •Build and maintain online course(s) in the Learning Management System (i.e., Brightspace) and curriculum information and scheduling databases (i.e., OASIS and MCWConnect). •Maintain and populate course gradebook throughout the Ambulatory block. Qualifications: •Knowledge of technical, business, consultation, project management, and cultural awareness. •Customer focus, building trust, communication, critical thinking, and influencing skills. •Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis. •Bachelor's degree •Master’s in Education, Business/Management or related field •Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking continuously. •Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with water or other liquids. Work is performed in an environmentally controlled environment. •Demonstrated capacity to detect and translate speech or other communication required.
