Hiring: Education Program Coordinator II - Pediatric Fellowships Company: Medical College of Wisconsin Location: Milwaukee, WI Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 11:45:17 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Project Management About the job Required Skills: •Independently execute institutional and fellowship program activities, including educational events, learner recruitment, interviews, orientation, schedules, graduation, and related initiatives. •Maintain proficiency in accreditation, board, institutional, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate activities and develop processes that support ongoing program compliance. •Actively facilitate and support Designated Institutional Official, Program Directors, Department Chair, Director of Medical Education, Vice Chair of Education, and other leadership on program operations, accreditation, and educational initiatives. •Serve as the primary liaison with faculty, administration, affiliated institutions, community organizations, and professional organizations. •Develop, maintain, and oversee databases, reports, and tracking systems to support program operations, accreditation, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement. Collect, analyze, and disseminate program data to stakeholders. •Provide information, guidance, problem-solving, and advocacy for fellows, faculty, staff, and leadership. •Develop and maintain educational, marketing, and program materials, including websites, handbooks, forms, reports, and other communication resources. •Partner cross-functionally with program leadership to assess educational needs and develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate educational programs, learner assessments, training activities, and educational resources. Qualifications: •Knowledge of technical, business, consultation, project management, and cultural awareness. •Customer focus, building trust, communication, critical thinking, and influencing skills. •Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis. •Bachelor's degree •Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking continuously. •Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with water or other liquids. Work is performed in an environmentally controlled environment. •Demonstrated capacity to detect and translate speech or other communication required.
