Coordinate and monitor activities related to these requirements to ensure full compliance. •Actively facilitate and support designated institutional official, Program Director, Department Chair, and other leaders on issues related to the requirements from accreditation agencies, national boards, and affiliates. •Serve as primary liaison with faculty, administration, other departments, affiliated institutions, and national organizations. •Develop and maintain database(s) to track, schedule, and record activities related to the institution, program(s) and learners. •Provide information, support, and problem solving on a wide range of issues for leaders, faculty, staff, and learners. •Coordinate recruitment of preceptors, instructors, and speakers. •Create brochures, flyers, handbooks, and other educational materials. Qualifications: •Knowledge of technical, business, consultation, project management, and cultural awareness. •Customer focus, building trust, communication, critical thinking, and influencing skills. •Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis. •Bachelor's degree •Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking continuously. •Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with water or other liquids. Work is performed in an environmentally controlled environment. •Demonstrated capacity to detect and translate speech or other communication required.
