Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to facilitate workshops, group conversations, and community education activities. •Strong communication, relationship-building, coordination, and time-management skills, with the ability to navigate multiple programs and priorities. •Commitment to trauma-informed, survivor-centered, culturally responsive, and health-equity-centered practices. •Demonstrated capacity to maintain confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries. •Must complete a NMCSAP 40-hour sexual assault advocacy training. •Knowledge of sexual violence prevention, healthy relationships, youth engagement, worker justice, or healthy masculinities. •Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant professional and community-based experience.
