Whether it's developing the next generation of human-level intelligence, enhancing voice assistants, or enabling researchers to analyze genetic markers at scale, AI is increasingly integrated into various aspects of our daily lives. •Arize AI is the leading AI observability and evaluation platform, empowering AI engineers to build and deploy high-performing, reliable models. As the AI landscape shifts from traditional ML to generative AI and agentic systems, Arize ensures teams have the tools to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve AI in production. •We are heavy users of AI-driven automation and expect you to build pipelines that get you from one piece of source material to a blog post, a video, a webinar and a week of social content. Strong writing, speaking and teaching skills are of course required, but we expect you to use AI to greatly accelerate and amplify your reach. •Write technical blog posts and tutorials for the Arize blog, and place guest content on partner blogs and third-party publications •Produce educational video for our YouTube channel, from short explainers to longer walkthroughs, and internal enablement video that gets our own go-to-market teams up to speed on evals and observability •Run a high volume of webinars, owning them end to end from topic selection to the demo to the follow-up content •Build and deliver structured courses, both on our own properties and with external learning platforms and partners •Speak at conferences and run hands-on workshops, including writing the demo applications and exercises that go with them Qualifications: •A portfolio we can look at: recorded talks, videos, courses, blog posts or workshops •Comfortable on camera and on stage, and able to teach a technical concept live without a script to hide behind •Up-to-date engineering skills. You'll be writing the demo applications you teach from, so you need to be able to build the thing before you explain it. •Solid functional working knowledge of LLM-based app development e.g. agents, RAG, orchestration frameworks. You do not need to be specifically familiar with Arize. •A curious and self-motivated continuous learner, comfortable with the ambiguities and rapid iteration of a startup environment •Willing to travel regularly for conferences and to attend occasional evening and weekend events, either local to your location or within a few hours' travel time •Operational familiarity with the evaluations and observability space including products like Arize •Video production and editing skills, or experience growing a technical YouTube channel •A track record of getting talks accepted at major industry conferences •Highly engaged in technical communities on forums like X, Reddit, Slack, Discord, Dev.to etc. Compensation: •$100,000 - $175,000 / year •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
