Manage and maintain existing data pipelines to ensure data integrity and flow. •Partner Onboarding: Lead the project management of onboarding new EDI customers. This includes gathering requirements, enabling, testing, validating, and transitioning to a production environment. •Process Improvement: Help create and implement structure and documentation around our ad-hoc onboarding processes to improve efficiency. •Collaboration: Interface directly with internal teams, including Customer Service and Operations, as well as with external customers and programmers. Strong communication is essential •Edi, trouble shoot, Data mapping, edi interface processes, electronic data interchange, Support Qualifications: •Monitor inbound and outbound EDI transactions, queues, acknowledgments, alerts, and exceptions to support timely and accurate processing. •Investigate and resolve failed, delayed, duplicate, or rejected transactions; perform root-cause analysis and coordinate corrective action with internal teams, trading partners, and EDI vendors. •Administer EDI trading partner profiles, communication settings, document configurations, schedules, business rules, and related master data within approved controls. •Lead onboarding of new trading partners from requirements gathering through configuration, mapping coordination, connectivity, testing, certification, production deployment, and post-go-live support. •Coordinate testing and validation of order, acknowledgment, shipment, invoice, inventory, warehouse, and other supported business-document flows, including functional and regression testing. •Review partner implementation guides and specifications; translate business requirements into mapping, integration, and configuration requirements for internal teams and vendors. •Partner with Customer Service, Sales, Finance, Operations, Shipping, Receiving, Planning, and Information Technology to resolve transaction issues and improve end-to-end business processes. •Maintain integrations among the EDI platform and ERP systems; coordinate mapping and interface changes using documented testing and change-control practices. •Maintain current documentation for part •This is a Permanent position based out of Cleveland, OH.
