Required Skills: •Define and execute strategies and plans for eCommerce customers in line with Hunter Fan Company’s business requirements and growth objectives. •Own the path to purchase and all associated eCommerce sales and marketing activities across assigned customers, channels, and platforms. •Manage all aspects of selling on Amazon and support growth across, marketplaces and customer channels as applicable. •Ensure achievement of agreed customer targets and key performance indicators, including sales, profitability, forecast accuracy, digital shelf performance, content quality, inventory alignment, and promotional effectiveness. •Implement, follow up, and update customer and channel plans to ensure priorities, timing, ownership, and execution are clearly managed. •Support Category, Channel, Marketing, and Product teams in the development of sales plans, promotional programs, product launches, and customer-specific growth initiatives. •Partner cross-functionally with peer Customer Managers and internal business partners to share best practices and drive account-related initiatives. •Work collaboratively with Paid media department to develop advertising initiatives Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Sales, or other related field required •Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales, marketing, eCommerce, channel management, marketplace management, or digital commerce experience required. •Prior experience in eCommerce is essential.
