Required Skills: •Lead the development and execution of retail media strategies across Amazon Sponsored Ads, DSP, and emerging advertising platforms to drive incremental sales and market share growth. •Own and continuously optimize the digital shelf by improving product detail pages (PDPs), search visibility, digital placements, SEO, GEO, AEO, A+ Content, and Brand Stores to maximize conversion. •Partner with Sales, Brand Marketing, Customer Teams, and external agencies to develop data-driven media, content, merchandising, and assortment strategies aligned with business objectives. •Analyze campaign performance and optimize media investments using key performance indicators including ROAS, incrementality, halo impact, new-to-brand metrics, and ROI. •Align marketing and merchandising initiatives with promotional calendars and key tentpole events such as Prime Day and seasonal campaigns. •Develop forecasting frameworks that connect media investment to sales performance while improving planning accuracy and investment efficiency. •Identify, test, and scale new opportunities across media channels, creative assets, audience targeting, and retail readiness initiatives including Amazon Brand View Pro (ABVP) and Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC). •Establish best practices, scalable processes, and playbooks for retail media and digital shelf management across the organization.
