Start date is to be determined* •Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to Develop, update, and maintain lesson plans, instructional materials, and doctrine supporting Advanced Special Operations training. •Deliver expert-level classroom and practical instruction on advanced Special Operations tactics, techniques, and procedures. •Evaluate student performance and provide professional counseling, mentoring, and performance feedback. •Plan, coordinate, and execute complex Field Training Exercises (FTXs) in urban and rural CONUS environments. •Ensure all instruction complies with USAJFKSWCS, Army, and USSOCOM training doctrine and standards. •Coordinate with military leadership and government representatives regarding training schedules, student progress, and mission readiness. Qualifications: •Graduate of the Advanced Special Operations Techniques Course (ASOTC). •Special Forces Qualification Course (SFQC) •Minimum of four (4) years of Special Operations experience. •Demonstrated knowledge of the TRADOC Systems Approach to Training (SAT) methodology. •Thorough understanding of USSOCOM doctrine, advanced skills programs, and current training policies. •Excellent instructional, mentoring, and communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to maintain exceptional physical fitness and operate in demanding field environments. •Active DoD Secret Clearance with eligibility to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance. •Ten (10) or more years of Special Operations Forces (SOF) experience. •Previous instructor experience supporting USAJFKSWCS, SWCS, or other USSOCOM training organizations.
