Required Skills: •Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, and timelines for each project. •Cost and Schedule Management: Manage workloads, oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery. •Earned Value Analysis: Track earned value metrics to monitor project progress and performance relative to cost and schedule, identifying potential deviations early. •Risk & Issue Management: Identify, document, and manage project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies and escalate as needed to supervisors. •Resource Coordination: Work with supervisors to plan and allocate resources effectively across various projects, ensuring alignment with project goals. •Stakeholder Communication: Report monthly on project status, highlighting progress, upcoming milestones, budget status, and any challenges or risks.
