Required Skills: •Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, and timelines for each project. •Cost and Schedule Management: Manage workloads, oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery. •Earned Value Analysis: Track earned value metrics to monitor project progress and performance relative to cost and schedule, identifying potential deviations early. •Risk & Issue Management: Identify, document, and manage project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies and escalate as needed to supervisors. •Resource Coordination: Work with supervisors to plan and allocate resources effectively across various projects, ensuring alignment with project goals. •Stakeholder Communication: Report monthly on project status, highlighting progress, upcoming milestones, budget status, and any challenges or risks. Work together with customer project managers and analysts. •Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest process improvements and support initiatives that enhance project delivery and team collaboration. •It is a condition of employment to wear company issued PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in accordance with supervisory direction and company policy. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in project management, Engineering, Business, Management plus two years project management experience, which must include budget management, financial forecasting, and controlling project costs to ensure projects stay within budget. •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret level security clearance and access to the AEDC local area network •Due to Air Force Security requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required for employment at AEDC. •Proven ability to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. •Strong written and verbal skills for reporting project status and presenting to stakeholders across all levels. •Proficiency in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies to proactively address potential project risks. •PMP Certification or similar credentials preferred. •Demonstrated capacity to develop and maintain relationships with employees, clients, and customers. •The ability to participate in and foster a work environment that is based upon openness, trust, communication, teamwork, empowerment, innovation, and satisfaction. •Active Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance Compensation: •$77,000 - $106,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
