Qualifications: •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. You’re able to simplify complex problems and ideas through structured analysis and clear thinking. •Curiosity and interest in conducting quantitative and qualitative research to answer complex business questions. •Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, disciplines, and seniority-levels. •Initiative, adaptability, and comfort working in dynamic environments. •Commitment to inclusive teamwork and respect for diverse perspectives. •Bachelor's or Master's degree expected by Fall/Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 in economics, finance, engineering, mathematics, statistics, data science, energy studies, or a related discipline.  Non-traditional backgrounds and pathways welcome also. •Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week.
