Hiring: E-Commerce Salsify Syndication Specialist Company: Nestlé Location: Arlington, VA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 17:57:08 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords: Salsify, Product Information Management (PIM), Product Experience Management (PXM), Digital Shelf, Content Syndication, Syndigo, GDSN, eCommerce, CPG, Retailer Content Requirements, Data Mapping, API Integrations, Digital Shelf Analytics, Master Data Governance, Content Quality Assurance Experience: - 3+ years of experience working with Salsify, Product Information Management (PIM), Product Experience Management (PXM), or digital content syndication platforms - Experience supporting eCommerce, Digital Shelf, Product Information, Content Operations, or Syndication programs within a CPG, retail, or manufacturing environment - Experience managing retailer-specific content requirements and syndication processes Required Skills: - End-to-end execution, governance, and optimization of product content syndication across digital commerce ecosystems - Configuring, maintaining, and optimizing syndication connections within Salsify (direct retailer integrations, Syndigo connections, open catalogs, exports, custom delivery methods) - Ensuring accurate, timely, and retailer-compliant delivery of product information, digital assets, and enhanced content - Validating item readiness and conducting quality assurance reviews and audits - Monitoring retailer-specific requirements, content standards, taxonomy changes, and submission guidelines - Optimizing syndicated content for discoverability, conversion, and digital shelf performance - Data mapping, transformation, inheritance logic, retailer arrays, catalog management, and automated syndication workflows - Troubleshooting syndication issues (failed deliveries, retailer rejections, content discrepancies, system integration challenges) and conducting root cause analysis - Developing documentation, SOPs, governance frameworks, and providing training to internal stakeholders - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced cross-functional environment Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Supply Chain, eCommerce, or related field - Preferred: Experience supporting major retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger, Albertsons, Instacart, Costco, or Sam's Club - Preferred: Experience with Syndigo, GDSN, Product Information Management systems, or master data governance processes - Preferred: Familiarity with product master data, UPCs, packaging hierarchies, retailer taxonomies, and product content workflows - Preferred: Knowledge of API integrations, automated content delivery, FTP processes, or data transformation logic - Preferred: Experience with content quality scoring, readiness reporting, compliance audits, and digital shelf analytics - Preferred: Project management or process improvement experience - This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship Compensation: - Salary: $82,402.56 to $115,846.40 per year - Bonus Eligibility: Yes - Competitive total rewards package including 401k with company match, healthcare coverage, and a broad range of other benefits Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
