Ensure production goals are met or exceeded. •Ensure maximum sales performance through proper product selection, photography, accurate & concise descriptions, & inventory levels. Ensure E-Commerce meets or exceeds sales goals. •Ensure E-Commerce is presenting quality customer service in a timely & courteous manner to all shoppers, donors, & employees. Follow-up on all customer complaints within 24-hours of receipt. •Act as a liaison with Workforce & Family Services for participant program coordination. •Assure that proper attention is given to department appearance, cleanliness, & environment including but not limited to: aisles, trash cans, lights, restrooms, shelves, window ledges, & doors.
