Hiring: Dynamics 365 Technical Engineer - F&O / Power Platform Company: Spinnaker Search Group, LLC Location: Horsham, PA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 19:57:19 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, X++, Power Platform, Dataverse, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, REST APIs, OData, Dual-write, Azure DevOps, Source Control, Enterprise Integrations, Business Process Optimization Experience: - 4-6 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations technical development experience - Strong X++ development, debugging, and extension skills - Practical Power Platform and Dataverse development experience (beyond basic familiarity) - Experience developing or supporting enterprise integrations using REST APIs, OData, Dual-write, Dataverse, or similar integration patterns - Experience working with Azure DevOps, source control, release processes, and structured development standards - Understanding of business processes and transactional workflows in areas such as manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, sales, purchasing, or finance - Experience working across the full context of a development effort, including requirements, technical approach, integrations, business purpose, testing, and final outcome Required Skills: - Develop, debug, extend, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations applications using X++ - Enhance reporting, documents, data visualization, and business functionality - Build and support solutions within Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse - Develop deeper ownership of the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environment - Translate functional design documents into working technical solutions - Own development work through first-level testing and validation - Troubleshoot application issues through debugging, database investigation, and collaboration with business analysts and users - Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, OData, Dual-write, Dataverse, and other Microsoft integration capabilities - Maintain strong development governance through Azure DevOps, source control, documentation, naming conventions, and technical standards - Coordinate with outside development partners on larger initiatives and integrate their work - Ability to work independently, evaluate own work, troubleshoot problems, and take assignments through testing and completion without constant technical oversight Qualifications: - Hands-on Dynamics developer who wants broader responsibility beyond assigned coding tasks - Solid technical fundamentals, good judgment, and breadth across the Microsoft ecosystem - Ability to see how solutions fit into surrounding business processes and take responsibility for delivering quality work through testing and validation - Natural path toward broader solution design and architecture responsibilities as knowledge of the environment grows - Preferred: Microsoft Dynamics certifications and a bachelor's degree (welcomed but not required when demonstrated technical ability and relevant experience are strong) Compensation: - Base pay range: $155,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr - Additional compensation: Annual Bonus - Benefits include: Medical insurance, Vision insurance, Dental insurance, 401(k), Paid maternity leave, Paid paternity leave, Disability insurance, Tuition assistance Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
