Required Skills: •By joining us as a system analyst, you will be part of our DT team which focuses on delivering IT solutions for the Operations, particularly for the production, assembly & test and plant maintenance organizations. •The ideal candidate will be an experienced, highly motivated and mission-driven individual who will engage directly with the operations organization to understand customer requirements, identify, and develop solutions that meet or exceed customers’ expectations •This position requires partnership with a cross functional Digital Technology team, 3rd party software vendors, partners and subject matter experts to develop and execute integrated solutions. •The individual will leverage a strong technical background to propose solutions, troubleshoot complex issues and propose innovative solutions that leverage best practices and technologies within the company’s application processes and architecture. •Interface directly with business stakeholders and other functional areas to define process opportunities for Operations Systems that streamline business processes, promote best practices and drive business benefits. •Perform technical and functional problem solving and ensure integration with other solutions/applications. •Participate in the SAP S/4 Hana digital transformation for the Plan to Sustain workstream. •Document business requirements and translate them into specification documents that result in solutions that meet or exceed the defined business requirements.
