Required Skills: •Ensure driver success through relationship building, effective communication, positive recognition and timely addressing issues. •Manage all driver’s logs and DOT Hours of Service •Monitor Driving behaviors and handle driver disciplinary actions •Daily and weekly load planning •Truck maintenance (planned and breakdowns) & maintenance record keeping •Maintain Driver files •DOT violation investigation, documentation, and resolution Qualifications: •High School degree or equivalent, college degree preferred. •Must be able to speak and write clearly and professionally. •Must be customer service oriented with a positive personality. •Proficient in Microsoft Office and have an aptitude to learn custom software programs. •Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. •Work may require stooping, bending, crouching, crawling, pushing, and / or pulling. •Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email, and in person.
