Required Skills: •Establish rapport with independent contractor drivers operating under Warren Transport authority. •Lead and oversee Lytx telematics program including coaching, feedback, and reporting. Support strategy discussion and provide possible feedback from drivers. Review Lytx videos, data and behavior trends daily. •Establish and monitor the device health program, ensuring functionality as well as camera operational performance. •Facilitate driver training in safety operation, telematics, securement, and FMCSA regulations and company policies. •Produce training materials to meet the needs of the operating teams through LUMA. •Build and manage training content according to safety trends. •Complete post-classroom virtual and in-person training with drivers. •Facilitate driver recognition programs, Lytx recognition, Driver of the Month, safe driving awards. Qualifications: •High School Diploma or GED and 2-4 years of experience in driver training/facilitation or an equivalent experience.
