Travel will be required. •Lead program implementation across the regulated fleet as scoped by the population determination, with vendor professional services and Service department support for hardware installation •Serve as the company's subject matter expert and primary administrator for the Samsara platform (ELD, HOS compliance, driver/vehicle event recorders, and related modules) and DOT-FMCSA compliance •Develop rollout plans, timelines, and unit-by-unit deployment tracking •Build and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support long-term program sustainability •Monitor fleet-wide DOT-FMCSA compliance, identify violations or risk trends, and drive corrective action. Maintain FMCSA Accident Register. •Stay current on FMCSA regulations and industry requirements, ensuring WCR's program meets or exceeds all federal and state mandates.
