Qualifications: •Two years’ advocacy experience, preferably working with vulnerable populations in a domestic violence agency and/or hospital, or commensurate experience. •One year supervisory/demonstrated leadership experience. •Program development and project management experience. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently with minimal supervision. •Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others, both internally and externally. •Effective verbal and written communication skills, including training and facilitation skills. •Proficient use of MS Office/Windows operating system and programs. •Valid driver’s license and proof of liability insurance. •Bachelor's degree in social work/human services, or a related field or commensurate experience. •Knowledgeable of hospital or health care operations.
