Required Skills: •Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards and project requirements. •Control the receipt, review, distribution, tracking, filing, and retention of project documents, including drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, contracts, change orders, quality records, and closeout documentation. •Maintain electronic and physical document control systems to ensure documents are properly organized, version-controlled, and readily accessible. •Coordinate document flow between project teams, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and corporate departments. •Review incoming and outgoing documentation for proper formatting, approvals, revision status, and compliance with established procedures. •Distribute controlled documents to appropriate stakeholders and ensure obsolete or superseded documents are archived in accordance with company policies. •Generate and maintain document registers, transmittals, logs, tracking reports, and status updates for project management and operations teams. •Support project start-up, execution, and closeout activities by organizing and maintaining required project documentation. Qualifications: •High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. •In-depth knowledge of document control principles, revision tracking, records retention, and version management. •Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of documentation and multiple project priorities simultaneously. •Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and document integrity. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments. •Demonstrated capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive project, financial, and employee information with professionalism. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently while effectively supporting multiple project teams in a fast-paced environment. •Demonstrated proficiency in data entry, record management, and administrative reporting.
