This position plays a key role in supporting compliance requirements, quality assurance efforts, and maintaining accurate mortgage servicing records. •Review electronic loan files to ensure required documents are complete and properly maintained. •Research and gather key information from imaged records for reporting and compliance purposes. •Identify missing, inaccurate, or incomplete documentation and assist with corrective actions. •Support efforts to resolve title and collateral documentation discrepancies. •Track, document, and maintain records of file reviews, findings, and resolutions. •Perform quality checks to verify data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures. •Work closely with internal teams to obtain and update necessary documentation. Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent required. •Previous experience in document review, mortgage servicing, banking, title, auditing, records management, or administrative support preferred. •Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of documentation. •Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. •Strong written and verbal communication skills. •Training provided on company systems and processes.
