Required Skills: •Strategically drive performance of the division to ensure profitability and operational results. •Sponsor continuous improvement processes and the implementation of new technologies and product lines. •Develop and direct a strategic plan to communicate goals, strategies, opportunities, and successes within the division. •Provide leadership and direction to ensure best practices, strategic goals, and performance standards are shared and implemented throughout locations. •Support division in sales building activities and profit margin improvement. •Review and analyze monthly operational results of all locations in the division. •Oversee preparation of annual budgeting process for division. •Direct growth opportunities, including potential acquisitions, Greenfields, and diversified product lines.
