Required Skills: •Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities •Manage activities through second or third level managers, overseeing professional employees and subordinate managers from multiple disciplines. •Lead and oversee the effective operation of activities of major significance to our organization. •Manage complex programs that have a critical impact on the directorate or laboratory. •Accountable for the division budget, ensuring that budgets, schedules, and performance standards are realistically set and attained. •Lead and oversee multiple functions, organizations, locations, departments, and technical disciplines. •Help develop overall goals and long-term goals of the division and the directorate. •Establish and administer operational objectives, procedures, and work plans, delegating assignments to your team. Qualifications: •Prior experience managing in a union environment is helpful. •Exposure to DOT regulations, fleet management and maintenance, logistics and transportation, mechanic shop operations and maintenance, and management experience in a highly regulated environment is helpful. •The target pay range for this position is $171,530- $248,949 annually. The full pay range is $127,596 - $331,752.
