Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to develop and execute strategic communication plans aligned to business objectives. •Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to simplify complex topics and deliver clear, compelling messages to diverse audiences. •Understanding of internal communications, employee engagement, leadership communications, and stakeholder communications. •Demonstrated capacity to quickly learn and understand new business topics, initiatives, and organizational priorities. •Demonstrated capacity to gather information, evaluate business needs, and develop appropriate communication strategies. •Understanding of how communications support organizational goals and business outcomes. •Strong project management and organizational skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and proactively with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
