You’ll have the support of an established team, access to a broad product offering, and significant earning potential tied directly to your performance. •This position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission. Your earning potential grows with your performance, with top performers earning more than $200,000 annually. •You’ll be joining a company with an established customer base, strong vendor relationships, and a proven reputation in the commercial construction industry. •A specialized industry with long-term value. •Division 8 is a specialized segment of commercial construction where experience and product knowledge matter. If you have the right construction background, we’re willing to train you on the industry. •Majority of the role is performed from our Lorton office. Site visits and field measurements are occasionally required, but travel is not a major part of the position. •All four DFH founders started as project managers themselves. Our leadership team understands the demands of the position and the support required to manage projects successfully.
