Qualifications: •High School Diploma, College Degree Preferred. •Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management and a proven track record of success in technical sales and leading teams •Internal candidates must have consistently opened a minimum of 10% growth annually for their group. •Able to identify new business opportunities, develop and implement water treatment solutions for our prospects and customers. •Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with experience working on teams in multiple locations. •Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Salesforce or other CRM experience and other internal sales tools •Demonstrated leadership competencies, organizational and time management skills.
