Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree required •At least 6-8 years required •Effective interpersonal skills and strong communication skills. •Strong passion, drive, and self-motivation; competitive nature to achieve results. •Capacity for leadership. •Demonstrated capacity to manage and adapt to change. •Strong technology skills including Word, Excel, and Subaru applications: Subaru Business Intelligence (SBI) and iEXAM. •Prior retail sales experience Preferred •4-Year College Degree (BA, BS) and 6-8 years' experience •Lift up to 50 pounds, some evening and weekend work is required.
