Provide reports and updates during monthly branch sales meetings. •Develop and maintain relationships with the district's top 15 "A" plus accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty, while also setting and achieving new account acquisition targets. •Partner cross-functionally with Representatives to identify opportunities for generating new customers and expanding product lines within existing accounts. Manage the team's D&F item activity and oversee deliveries to ensure efficient operations. •Leadership and Team Development •Review the Weekly Activity Reports of each representative to ensure they have feasible growth strategies in place. Work alongside the team weekly in the field and conduct periodic performance reviews for team members. •Provide training to the Sales Team on conducting OHRs, product cuttings and samplings, and accurately completing all company forms.
